There isn’t a single look that Kaia Gerber can’t pull off and while Gerber typically sticks to natural makeup and dark hair, she has recently opted for a daring new hairstyle. After all, the 18-year-old model definitely takes after her fashion icon mom Cindy Crawford–they’re seriously #goals.

Gerber has been seen sporting a long pixie haircut, and we’re in love with her latest look. While the model has had short hair for quite some time now, she’s gone even shorter with her hair length. Gerber first chopped her hair back in June thanks to hairstylist and global director for Redken, Guido Palau. As reported by Allure, Gerber can’t seem to put the scissors down and has snipped away at her brunette locks once again.
The model first showed off her new hair to her five million Instagram followers on December 8. In the Instagram post Gerber is seen posing next to a vase of flowers while wearing a black buttoned jacket, a white t-shirt and denim jeans. The simple effortless outfit complimented Gerber’s new bold hairstyle perfectly. The choppy hairstyle stays true to her dark brown hair color and falls just below ear length. We are in love with this fresh look.

The haircut news hasn’t distracted us from Gerber’s much bigger news revolving around her dating life, and more specifically with dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson. Reports of the rumored new couple have been swirling since October and we want to know all of the details. Not only did Gerber spend Davidson’s 26th birthday with him on November 16, she even brought him along to a friend’s wedding in Miami, Florida. We can’t wait to see if this duo will settle down more over the holidays.
A source told PEOPLE after spotting Gerber and Davidson out to dinner together in California that the couple “seemed very sweet and cute together” and that they appeared “normal and happy.” How sweet is that?!
Davidson seems to be one of Gerber’s first serious boyfriends. Gerber was previously romantically linked to fellow model Wellington Grant, 22, in the past.
One thing’s for sure is that Gerber isn’t afraid of change--she’s definitely fearless when it comes to either a new hairstyle or a new relationship.
