Kane Brown Flaunts His Dramatic Weight Loss In Before-And-After Photos On Instagram
If you don't know who he is, Kane is a popular country music singer-songwriter right now, with one of his most popular songs being "Heaven" and another being "Thank God," which he sings with his wife and the mother of his three children, Katelyn Jae. He's won several awards throughout his music career, including an American Music Award, an Academy of Country Music Award, and a CMT Music Award.
Although he's never been an unhealthy-looking man, in a recent Instagram post, the artist revealed he's been on a health and fitness journey and has been working hard to improve his body.
"I've been super dedicated to fitness and health," wrote the dad-of-three in the caption of his Instagram post. "I would love others to come on this journey with me."
In his post, he shared two before-and-after mirror selfies of himself, not only displaying how he's slimmed down a bit in the last month but has also gotten a lot stronger. He flaunted his current six-pack abs and larger biceps, and his fanbase was very impressed.
