The current Press Secretary has been the talk of the town in politics lately, as she's the youngest person to ever hold the position and is not afraid to speak her mind, often causing controversy on social media.
Not long after the president complimented her lips during a speech, Vanity Fair posted a series of up close portraits of various members of Trump's current cabinet, including one of Karoline's face.

Once the close-up of the 28-year-old was shared by the publication on social media, the internet had a field day, leaving numerous comments about her appearance and her lips.
