The Princess of Wales, 43, showed off a fresh ring stack when she attended a charity event hosted by The Royal Foundation Business Taskforce for Early Childhood at the Salesforce Tower in London on November 18th.

For the event to support the charity that is very close to her heart, the mom-of-three wore a light gray suit by Roland Mouret – one of her go-to designers – consisting of a structured fitted blazer and high-waisted wide-leg trousers. She wore the blazer open to reveal a feminine and romantic white ruffle blouse, which was the perfect juxtaposition.
She accessorized with black sky-scraping Russell and Bromley heels and a Smythson tote bag, and styled her light brunette locks in her signature center-parted soft waves. And then of course was her jewelry, which not only consisted of Mappin & Webb 'Empress' earrings, but also an on-trend and super-impressive ring stack featuring a new piece…
The Princess of Wales' striking stack included her iconic sapphire engagement ring, which once belonged to the late Princess Diana, along with her traditional Welsh-gold wedding band. On top of those, she wore two eternity-style rings – a slim diamond band believed to have been a gift from her husband following the birth of their eldest child, Prince George, and a newer piece thought to be the platinum Cartier ‘Étincelle de Cartier' band set with 19 diamonds and 19 sapphires. The latter ring is reportedly a gift from the Prince of Wales to mark her recovery from cancer treatment.
Kate Middleton's First Public Speech Since Her Cancer Diagnosis
The event was particularly memorable for royal fans as the Princess of Wales gave her first public speech since revealing her cancer diagnosis in March 2024. In the moving speech, she said: "My passion and the work of the Centre for Early Childhood stems from one essential truth; that the love we feel in our earliest years fundamentally shapes who we become and how we thrive as adults."
"Love is the first and most essential bond. But it is also the invisible thread, woven with time, attention, and tenderness, through consistent, nurturing relationships which creates the grounded and meaningful environments around a child," she continued.
The Princess of Wales added: "It is this texture, the weave of love, which forms a child's emotional world and becomes the foundation, the very fabric of resilience and belonging."
