According to a report from PEOPLE, the Duchess was a fan of muesli back in the day. When she first met Prince William at St. Andrews University, the two would eat museli and fruit together in the school cafeteria. AWWWWW.

After Middleton gave birth to Princess Charlotte in 2015, her sister, Pippa Middleton, had green juice delivered to the mom of two.
"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days," a family source tells Us Weekly. "It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier."
"She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost." If it works for this mom/wife/face of an entire country, we'll have to try it too!
