Kelly Clarkson Is Reportedly 'Conflicted' About The Future Of Her Show
A Kelly Clarkson Show staffer reportedly spoke to the Daily Mail about where the "Since U Been Gone" singer currently stands, claiming she has been left "tormented" and "conflicted" over whether to renew the show's contract with NBC next year, or whether to walk away.
According to the unnamed member of staff, the mom-of-two had "a bit of a breakdown" during a recent meeting about the future of the show, with concern for her team being one of the biggest things she was worried about.
"She was emotional. She was worried about the staff," the staff member reportedly told the Daily Mail, adding: "She's made it very clear that she doesn't want her decisions to affect all of our livelihoods. But it's a bit late for that now."

'Kelly Clarkson Show' Staffer Thinks Her Recent Comments Are 'Not A Good Look' For The Show
While it's commendable that the former The Voice coach is considering her staff's feelings, the same staffer who spoke to the outlet said that they didn't appreciate the way she is publicly handling things. They referenced how they thought that her "cringe" comments about potentially returning to music or appearing on a new show while her talk show is still on air is not a good look.
"It makes the public feel like she doesn't want to be here. And if she doesn't want to be here, why should they tune in?" the staffer questioned.
They added: "It's just not a good look, you know? You don't want the person whose name is on the show to be trashing the show. Some things just need to be family business."
