The “Kelly Clarkson Show” host is being sued by estranged husband Brandon Blackstock‘s father, Narvel, and his management company Starstruck Management Group. Just when we thought her divorce couldn’t be full of more surprises!

The company alleges that the "Because Of You" singer owes them $1.4 million in unpaid commissions. Yikes!
If you recall, Kelly and Brandon split up over the summer. Kelly addressed the shocking split, and how she "didn't see it coming," on the season premiere of her show late last month.
The divorce situation is especially tricky because she married the son of her longtime manager!

Variety reports that Kelly has been raking it in this year--and owes her managers some serious coin! For her work on talk show and "The Voice" this year, the company claims that she owes $1.4 million in unpaid commissions (she's already paid $1.9 million). They also state that she'll owe at least $5.4 million by the end of 2020!
According to the complaint, “Over the course of approximately 13 years, Starstruck developed Clarkson into a mega superstar. By way of example only, Starstruck was instrumental in helping Clarkson achieve success in terms of numerous hit albums, multiple Grammy wins and nominations, her role on popular television shows like ‘The Voice’ and her own talk show. Despite Starstruck’s hard work and dedication, Clarkson has decided she is going to stop paying Starstruck for what is contractually owed.”

All we can say is WOW! If you recall, she started working with Brandon's dad back in 2007, and he later set up the couple. They married in 2013 and split up In June.
On her show Kelly confessed, "What I'm dealing with is hard because it involves more than just my heart. It involves a lot of little hearts. We have four kids." It looks like it's about to get even harder!
