The model was recently chosen as one of the faces of Adidas, the famous athletic shoe brand, for the first time in nearly ten years. Following her first partnership with them in 2017, Kendall is going back to representing the famous label to help promote their Superstar shoes. If there's one thing to know about the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and her street style, it's that she can make the simplest, most minimalist pieces look extra fashionable. This is likely why she was chosen to be the face of Adidas, the infamous shoe and athleisure brand, once again.
The first time she ever partnered with the brand was in 2017, and since then, she's been photographed looking comfy yet stylish in their shoes, sweatpants, and more. Now, she's an official spokesperson for the label again, starring in their new 2026 Superstar campaign.
Other stars promoting the brand's new line include football player Lamine Yamal, singer Olivia Dean, and famous actor Samuel L. Jackson. Not only will Kendall be posing for promotional photographs, but she'll also reportedly star in a more elaborate, film-style campaign.
Social Media Users React To Kendall's Adidas Partnership
Although there is a wide array of stars booked to represent Adidas this year, as part of their Superstar campaign, when it was announced that the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show model would be partaking in it, some social media users were not happy about it.
Given her reputation as a reality star, many felt that more athletes should've been represented in the campaign instead of her, despite the fact that she's represented the brand before.
"Ugh, no more for me," commented an Instagram user.
"Why?" asked another. "Why not have real athletes who play sports?"
"Give someone else the spotlight like the gold medal ice skater," suggested a user, as another commented, "It's a no for me."
We'll be curious to see how the 2026 campaign comes along with Kendall being one of the stars at the forefront, but for now, there are many people unafraid to hold back their disappointment.
