Kendall Jenner has always been regarded as a natural beauty—it’s no wonder she was declared the highest-paid model in the world in 2018. And now, in 2023, we still think the 27-year-old supermodel and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looks incredible; however, when side-by-side pictures of her from decades ago to her most recent ones are compared, there are some pretty dramatic changes that some fans feel can’t be attributed to trying different things with hair and makeup or just getting older. Despite denying that she got any work done, fans on Reddit wonder whether the model (who is rumored to be dating rapper Bad Bunny) has secretly gone under the knife or had a few non-surgical treatments. We’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!

Fans Think Kendall Jenner Had Plastic Surgery After Seeing Old Photos

Kendall has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors multiple times over the years, much like her sisters Khloé Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner. From a nose job to lip fillers, Keeping Up With the Kardashians viewers have speculated about her plastic surgery transformation frequently—even though Kendall has consistently denied going under the knife. Plastic surgeon Dr. Alessi of the Alessi Institutes and the Face Forward Foundation spoke with Life & Style about how the model's nose has changed over the years (even though he has never worked with Kendall).

"The lower lateral cartilage outline in the tip can be seen clearly and appears to have been reduced. The nasal bridge appears to be smaller," Dr. Alessi shared. Even though her face is noticeably slimmer in throwback pics, fans don't think that Kendall has gotten the popular buccal fat removal surgery. "This is more than one would expect with just makeup and smiling."

The model addressed plastic surgery speculation in 2017 after she was spotted sporting a plumper pout on Instagram, which became a major topic of conversation. She explained on her app, which has since been discontinued, "All of a sudden, photos of us came out with headlines like, 'OMG Kendall got her lips done and got full facial reconstruction—look at her cheekbones, look at her nose!' I was like, this is CRAZY. I didn't even address it at the time. Because if I address it, people are going to be like, 'Oh, so she's defending herself—she must be guilty.'"

Kendall also pointed out that since she was a working supermodel, getting surgery to change her face wouldn't really benefit her career. "As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed?" she argued. "It doesn't even make sense. It's crazy because sometimes I feel like people just want me to lose."

Her sister Kylie also addressed the situation on social media. "You guys, Kendall let me over-line her lip today with lipliner and everyone thinks she got lip injections," she told fans at the time. "I'm sorry, Kendall." But, fans still weren't convinced. The model was once again the subject of lip injection speculation in December 2021, when she shared an Instagram Stories mirror selfie with a noticeably larger upper lip, as seen below. Fans debated on Twitter whether it was due to fillers or just too much over-lining. No matter what Kendall may or may not have done to her face, we still think she looks gorgeous!
