Like we said, Kendall always understands the assignment. And when we saw the glow-in-the-dark strapless Rick Owens dress she wore in NYC, we were instantly obsessed. Makeup artist Mary Phillips took to Instagram on September 23 to share Kendall’s stunning look. Captioned “glowin’ in the dark @kendalljenner Thank you @thestewartofny for the photo” the makeup artist’s tribute to Kendall went over well with her 1.8m followers.
Kendall showed off her supermodel figure in the long strapless dress and paired it with Yeezy thong sandals. We think she’s absolutely a ten.
