A Plastic Surgeon Weighs In On Khloé Kardashian’s Alleged New Face
Khloé was photographed arriving at a medical facility where her ex Tristan Thompson, 31, was taking his younger brother who suffers from epilepsy. The Good American founder was dressed in a comfy pair of black sweats with a matching beanie. But, fans were astonished by her unedited face. They pointed out how different she looks since Keeping Up With the Kardashians debuted. Khloé has been accused of overediting her Instagram posts in the past, so seeing her “real” face for the first time in a while was startling for some fans.
The youngest Kardashian sister, Khloé has long insisted that she only had fillers and one nose a couple of weeks before daughter True’s first birthday in 2019. Dr. Barrett, however, said she looks like a whole “new person.”
“Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable,” he said. “This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers. The space between her nose and lip looks longer, which is a combination of aging as well as a result of a smaller nose. This can create a more ‘done’ look or an overall less natural appearance.”

Though he thinks the filler and rhinoplasty are “the most apparent” and “most noticeable at a glance,” he added: “Khloé definitely looks like a new person.” The changes have been gradual but dramatic.
“She has done subtle enhancements throughout the years, which ultimately result in a more ‘done’ overall appearance,” he said. “In aesthetics, we oftentimes focus on the trees, which are the individual features. When we treat those individual features again and again, we oftentimes lose sight of the overall look of the forest. This is an example that. Individually treating cheeks, lips, nose, and jawline without careful evaluation of the overall look can result in a very dramatic change.”

Dr. Barrett added that many famous people become so fixated on correcting their “imperfections” that they no longer look natural. “Unfortunately, patients in the public eye often do chase imperfections or aspire for an aesthetic beyond what honors their natural appearance,” he said. This is especially true for Khloé. She’s been constantly scrutinized by the public for her appearance and her physical appearance is always compared to her other sisters. Khloé has also been criticized for excessively editing her selfies.
Dr. Barrett goes on to say, “Surgical and nonsurgical procedures are best used to compliment someone’s natural beauty.” But, he added: “Every provider and patient has their own interpretation of what beauty is or what goals they’re hoping to reach.”

Khloé Kardashian Snaps Back At The Plastic Surgery Allegations
Despite the numerous allegations that she’s gotten more work done, Khloé has always insisted that she never got more plastic surgery than she admits. She recently hit back at speculation saying during a KUWTK reunion, “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job! Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
Khloé also admitted to being self-conscious about her appearance from a young age. She recently recalled overhearing her mom, Kris Jenner, telling a friend that she needed to get a nose job.
“She didn’t mean harm, but when I was around nine I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job. I was shocked, I hadn’t even thought about it. I’ve grown into my face but I’ve had makeup artists tell me, ‘You should get a nose job,'” she admitted about the interaction.

After being spotted with Tristan at the medical center, rumors have started flying that Khloé is back together with her ex–despite his history of cheating. Tristan’s mother recently passed in January and sources have confirmed that the youngest Kardashian sister has been nothing but supportive.
