Khloé Kardashian, 38, is proud of her weight loss journey–and will fervently defend how she got there. On Tuesday, January 3, The Good American designer shared photos from her Sorbet magazine cover shoot via Instagram in which she bared her abs. Kardashian–who noted in her caption that she surprisingly liked the clip-in bangs from the photos–was quickly met with backlash over her “scarily skinny” appearance.

Fans Accuse Khloé Kardashian Of Using A Weight Loss Drug To Lose 60-Lbs
“The fact that she uses [diabetic] medicine to get this skinny is disturbing,” a social media user commented on the post, alleging that Kardashian uses semaglutide to achieve her incredible 60-pound weight loss. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), semaglutide is an ingredient in antidiabetic medications (found in the brands Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus) and is used for chronic weight management in adults with obesity or who are overweight with a weight-related condition, including high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes. Apparently, people with diabetes have been struggling to find Ozempic because it’s soared in popularity recently as a weight loss aid.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star quickly responded to the accusation that she used an antidiabetic medication to lose weight. “Let’s not discredit my years of working out. I get up 5 days a week at 6 am to train. Please stop with your assumptions,” she wrote. “I guess new year still means mean people.” She’s not here for it!
Khloé has long been candid about her weight loss journey. She even starred in her own short-lived reality TV series Revenge Body to inspire others’ weight loss progress after a breakup.

Khloé–who shares a daughter True, 4, and a baby boy (with an unknown name), 5 months, with her ex Tristan Thompson–has frequently shared her workout regimen and progress via social media.
She wrote on Instagram in August 2021, “Back by popular demand! Warm up of your choice. I chose the stairs Don’t forget to stretch before and after your workout,” Khloé said. “Today we did 3 sets of circuits. Each circuit we did four times.” We’ll have to try it!

While Khloé is being accused of using a weight loss drug and surgeries to shed her pounds, she has been also been called out for over-editing her face in a recent Instagram post. On November 10th, Khloé posted two pics to promote her latest Diamond Life collection. In the pictures, Khloé is wearing Good American’s knit flare diamond pants covered in silver embellishments and a matching one-piece bathing suit. The comments couldn’t get over how different Khloé looked. One person said, “Love you, but the photo altering really needs to chill. You’re gorgeous without the shape-shifting.” We agree!
