Celebrities are notorious for popularizing the wackiest fitness trends - but this latest one we just may have to get on board with. Say hello to the fitness vibrator: Khloe Kardashian's solution to all your post-workout aches and pains.

The fitness queen recently shared a video of her using a vibrating foam roller from Hyperice, which uses pressure and vibration to help soothe sore muscles. In the video, she rubs the device across her back and thighs. And it actually looks pretty amazing.

Simple foam- rolling - without vibration - stimulates the thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds your muscles to increase blood flow and improve your range of motion. So when you add vibration into the mix, just imagine what your body could do!
The buzzing device is designed to deliver "deeper muscle activation and trigger-point release compared to regular foam-rolling," says the Hyperice website.

But if you're a newbie, BarBend strength and conditioning specialist Jake Boly recommends starting off with a simple foam roller to avoid pain or injury. "Trendy doesn't always mean safe," he told Cosmopolitan.
He added that a low-density roller is best for beginners, but you can upgrade to a harder or vibrating version once you really get a feel for the device.

Some key tips? Always place the roller perpendicular to the muscle and apply rythmic downward pressure on sore areas to achieve the best results. When done right, no doubt it'll feel amazing - just take it from miss Khloe.
