Kim Kardashian chose her friend and employee Tracy Romulus to gift a $96k Tesla Cybercab for Christmas, and had the entire interaction filmed. Romulus, who works for Kim as Executive Vice President, Communications of SKIMS, can be seen in the clips with her hands over her mouth in disbelief while Kim stands in front of the car bearing a giant red bow.
Tracy posted the video to her Instagram story, which Kim reposted, with the words "I honestly have no words... @KimKardashian no one does gift giving like you... this is so over the top crazy...only you...I love you..." written at the top. In the clip, Tract can be heard exclaiming, "What! Kim are you f***ing serious? Are you nuts? Are you crazy!"

However, fans across all the social media platforms, from Reddit to X, thought this was a bit much, even for Kim. "Kim’s rich, no doubt, but she’s giving major new-money vibes," one person wrote. "Honestly, she might as well drop a music video flaunting her wealth instead of this passive flex."
