Kim Kardashian may have once vowed to tone down her jewelry displays after her traumatic Paris robbery, but it seems that’s starting to change. She recently shared a photo showing off an impressive stack of diamond anklets in an Instagram dump featuring highlights from her family vacation to Hawaii.
Julia Chafe, a jewelry expert, stated in an Instagram video that Kim Kardashian’s foot jewelry “cost more than my house.”
Kim Kardashian Rocks Stacks of Diamond Bracelets Around Her Ankles
She explained that the mother of four stacked four anklets on top of each other: "A simple tennis bracelet, a pink sapphire and diamond 'Princess Diana vibe' bracelet—each pink stone looking to be around 3 carats, larger than many people’s engagement rings—a pink sapphire and diamond tennis bracelet, and this yellow and white diamond tennis bracelet."
Chafe added, "The carelessness of wearing this much money around your foot at the beach—that’s what I love about Kim K."
Celebrity jeweler George Khalife (AKA George the Jeweler and a former collaborator of Kardashian) told PEOPLE in a report that the star's diamond ankle accessories "most definitely cost a fortune." Khalife added that a similar look would retail for $20,000—but that's only for the pink and yellow sapphire one.

Fans React to Kim Kardashian's Stacked Anklet Game
Fans naturally expressed their reaction to the SKIMS founder's expensive jewelry game on social media:
"Remember when she said she wasn’t going to post her jewelry on social media because she was robbed in Paris…. Neither does she."
"Yeah, someone flaunting that much money on a beach while people are literally starving as we speak is admirable, all right."
"Once Kim said she lost her earrings at the ocean, so never wear jewelry at the beach."
"Tacky and a really poor waste to ruin jewelry. All of these larger sapphires will be chipped."
"You’d think she’d learn by now not to post jewelry pictures online."
"Her foot costs more than my whole life."
"That is why she ends up losing her jewelry because she is careless with it."
