On last week’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian revealed that doctors are telling her she has “low brain activity” following a scan of her brain. She explained that it’s a result of an aneurysm that she’s had for years–a result of stress that she attributes to studying for the bar exam and her divorce from Kanye West. Kim Kardashian Reveals Low Brain Activity Scans

In the November 27th episode of her reality show, Kim and Scott Disick, Kourtney's ex-husband, went to get a brain scan. "Scott and I are both going to look at our brains today with Dr. Daniel Amen," Kim explained. "He does these brain scans to see how your brain health is really looking." Dr. Amen has previously done scans of Kim's sisters' brains, Kendall Jenner and Khloé Kardashian.

However, Dr. Amen didn't have the best of news. "The front part of your brain is less active than it should be," he explained to Kim. "With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that's not good for you, especially as you're studying and you're getting ready to take the boards." He then went on to explain that it may be connected to the "chronic stress" she endures studying for the bar exam.

"I got to get on a plan to really figure this out because I have some s*** to do this summer," Kim said in response.

Social Media Reactions

While this came as a shock to Kim ("That just can't be!"), many social media users were far from surprised. "We always knew that," one person wrote on Instagram, and another commented, "This is new info???"

"In other news: salt water found in ocean," another user joked.

"We've known this for 20 years," a fourth person commented.

"We didn't need a scan to get to that conclusion but okay," agreed another.

"Finally confirmed by science," another person said, and a seventh user wrote, "You don't say?"
