Kim Kardashian is frequently accused of photo editing by her fans and followers on Instagram. On August 8th, the reality star, 42, shared a picture of herself at a healthcare facility following a Prenuvo screening. Some of her fans have raised suspicions about the photo, questioning whether she altered the wall behind her, manipulated the lighting, or edited her appearance.

The popular IG account @celebface (where users often analyze photos of celebrities that might have been digitally altered) also shared the image. In the August 11th caption, the page creator wrote: “Facetune fails or not?” Followers were quick to share their opinions, with many claiming that Kardashian did in fact edit the pic in question.

Did Kim Kardashian Digitally Alter Her New Post? Many Fans Think So

Some commenters noted that the wall behind Kardashian looked "strange" and "weird" and another said everything looked "warped near her body." Others said that her face in particular looked the most "edited" and "not real."

In her original caption for the post, Kardashian wrote: "I recently did this @prenuvo scan and had to tell you all about this life saving machine. The Prenuvo full-body scan has the ability to detect cancer and diseases such as aneurysms in its earliest stages, before symptoms arise. It was like getting a MRI for an hour with no radiation. It has really saved some of my friends lives and I just wanted to share #NotAnAd."

She donned gray scrubs, white sneakers  and wore her long, black tresses in a slicked-back high ponytail.

While it is "hard to see" Kardashian's makeup, as one fan wrote, it appears that she sported a smokey eye, blush and nude lipstick.

The mom of four was also criticized by @celebface followers after many thought she also edited the face of her 10-year-old daughter, North West, in another post. The account posted the image (above) that was recently shared with Kardashian's 363 million followers.

"I hate hate hate HATE how Kim photoshops her children. Its so wrong on so many levels." one wrote. Another added: "Photoshopping a child is so cringe and damaging."

Someone else chimed in: "I don't even see what was photoshopped with North West, can someone explain? Looks normal to me." One other replied: "there’s a small curve in the background, like she photoshopped her face to make it look thinner."

Another comment from a user read: "What's insane to me is that these people spend thousands of dollars to look a certain way and STILL filter/alter themselves."

As many fans note, there’s no denying that Kardashian’s face and body have changed throughout her time in the spotlight and rise to fame, and ever since Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired its very first episode in 2007.

Although there has been so much said about the businesswoman’s potential plastic surgery, she hasn’t had much to note on the topic itself.

Notably, Kardashian sat down with Allure last year after she sparked controversy for wearing an iconic gown first worn by Marilyn Monroe to the 2022 Met Gala.

She opened up about her weight loss to fit into the dress, and shut down rumors that claimed she ever got plastic surgery.

Kardashian admitted to getting "a little bit of Botox," after being asked about cosmetic alterations she has had for her face.

She then clarified in the interview published in August 2022 that she has "no filler" in her cheeks or lips.

She added, "Never filled either one, ever. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips … My eyebrows are real."
