For the star-studded red carpet (although technically it was blue!) the mom-of-four wore a custom strapless nude Maison Margiela Couture dress, featuring a corseted bodice, draped skirt, and flowing attached sleeves. It really was a work of art!
But perhaps the most daring and unexpected part of the Kardashians star's look was that it also featured a nude mask that covered her whole face. Yes, even her eyes and mouth. We have no idea how she managed to see or breathe!
And as far as eating at the event goes, she confirmed that she didn't! "You know, I love Margiela," the trainee lawyer told Variety, before admitting that when it comes to wearing a look like this, "you just don't" eat. "I ate before to make sure I was okay," she said.
