But another thing that may have shocked fans this year is the 42-year-old Skims founder’s newfound confidence with her skin, as she has gone makeup-free on quite a few occasions, including the several times she stripped off her makeup to promote her Skkn products, to the time in The Kardashians which saw her arrive at younger sister Khloe Kardashian’s house to take her to the hospital as her surrogate was going into labor!

Kim Reveals Real Skin In Unedited Skkn Pictures
The mom-of-four seems to be finishing off the year by sharing a few more pictures of her real skin in some rare, unedited pictures for her beauty company, Skkn by Kim, which launched in June earlier this year. Kim took to her Instagram Story to re-share her friend Zoe Winkler Reinis’s picture of the Skkn headquarters foyer, which featured an enormous seemingly unedited headshot of the reality TV star's face without any makeup on, which exposed her real skin texture and "drooping" eyes, the latter of which was even more obvious in another seemingly unedited snap. And her fans had a *lot* of thoughts about the unedited pics, and others debating just how 'unedited' they actually are!
Fans Voice Their Opinions On Reddit
As fans couldn’t leave comments on Kim's Instagram Story, they voiced their opinions on popular social media forum Reddit. And as expected, they did not hold back! In the thread titled: "Is Kim's new aesthetic showing off her 'natural/real' face and skin? Because I kind of dig it..." one fan wrote: "Lmao. Kimmy is far from natural and wouldn’t dare show her real face in public." Another quipped: "You’re delusional if you think those pics are natural and real and unedited." "Her natural face is long gone..." added another. Ouch!
"We know when her face is filtered because she edits out her nasolabial folds," one fan noted. "Those are Skkn ads, not a new aesthetic & that's still made up, filtered, & edited. Kim would never let anyone post a campaign of her unedited face," commented another, while another thought, "That’s still a filter" and another simply said, "Nothing natural about her."
Kim's Previous Makeup-Free Skkn Posts
Like we said earlier, Kim has gone makeup-free in the name of promoting her beauty brand on several occasions this year! Earlier this month, Kim treated her fans to a video of herself washing her face with the Skkn by Kim cleanser – which even came with helpful step by step instructions. Naturally, Kim's face was makeup-free for the cleansing video, and it looked extremely clear and blemish-free, just as we would expect!
