The Chicago West birthday party drama was only the beginning, as things are getting even worse for estranged exes Kim Kardashian and Kanye West! Fresh from celebrating girlfriend Julia Fox‘s birthday (where he gifted her and her friends a Birkin bag… we clearly run in the wrong circles!) the 44-year-old rapper took to Instagram to slam the 41-year-old SKIMS founder for allowing their eight-year-old daughter North West on TikTok “against” his will! And in true Kanye fashion, he let his feelings be known in a very dramatic and not at all subtle way!
“Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on TikTok against my will?” he wrote on Instagram, alongside a screenshot of North on the social media platform. It’s important to note that Kim reportedly oversees the @kimandnorth TikTok account – which is a joint account for the mother and daughter and already has a very impressive 5.7 million followers since its creation in November 2021 – and never lets her daughter use it without “adult supervision.”

The mom-of-four very promptly replied to Ye's comment (which was not the first time he criticized her parenting!) and her response was both epic and heartbreaking at the same time! "Kanye's constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create," the KKW Beauty founder shared with her 284 million followers via her Instagram Story.
"As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision — because it brings her happiness."
The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star then went into more detail about how the divorce is affecting her as well as their four children – who as well as North, include son Saint, 6, daughter Chicago, 4, and son Psalm, 2 – and claimed that Ye's actions are making amicable co-parenting almost impossible!
"Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye's obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all," Kim continued. "From the beginning I have wanted nothing but a healthy and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way. I wish to handle all matters regarding our children privately, and hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably." Yikes!
