There are many years between these photos, but the changes in Kim's look have more to do with cosmetic procedures than simply growing older.
Kim Kardashian credits her updated look to Botox and fillers (and expert makeup application), but insists that she has never undergone plastic surgery.
Specifically, Kardashian denies ever having a nose job though many fans have questioned her about it.
During a makeup session with Mario Dedivanovic during The Master Class in L.A., Kardashian explained, "I never had my nose done. Everyone thought I did, and I said wait until I have kids because your real features come out."
She also thinks that her nose looks different in some pictures compared to others: "Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, ‘Wow the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others.'"
According to Kardashian, her updated look is mostly due to fillers and careful contouring.
Fans have also speculated about Kardashian undergoing plastic surgery to enhance her curves and accentuate her tiny waist, but Kim has denied all of those rumors.
The reality star says that she relies on shapewear and a strict diet and exercise routine for her enviable figure.
