King Charles is hitting the headlines a lot right now, largely due to his shock reunion with Prince Harry when he flew to the U.K. earlier this month. But his marriage with Queen Camilla is also getting a lot of media attention, and not in a good way…
The King and Queen Consort, who celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in April this year, are seemingly sparking divorce rumors, as insiders are reportedly claiming that they are living separate lives and are only putting on a united front for the public.
King Charles And Queen Camilla Spark Divorce Rumors 20 Years After Tying The Knot
We know that King Charles and Queen Camilla have long preferred sleeping in separate bedrooms, and that the Queen Consort often retreats to her beloved Wiltshire home for peace and privacy. But new reports suggest that this is only the beginning of their distance...
According to RadarOnline, close friends of the royal couple claim they are leading "largely separate lives" at the moment. And although they may attend royal engagements together – and with smiles on their faces, no less – the friends insist that it's just to "keep up appearances" for the sake of the monarchy, and they are essentially "divorced in everything but name."

King Charles And Queen Camilla Are 'Putting On A United Front In Public'
An insider insisted that they are both adopting the classic British mantra of keeping calm and carrying on, especially while King Charles is battling cancer. "They are putting on a united front in public, especially because Charles is ill, but behind the scenes it's a very different picture," the insider continued, before confirming that they are spending more time apart in their individual homes.
"They are divorced in everything but name. Camilla lives at Ray Mill most of the time, while Charles retreats to Highgrove or Clarence House," they went on, in reference to Queen Camilla's countryside home and King Charles' royal residences.
"It's a marriage of appearances and public relations optics at this stage," they added. Yikes!

Will Queen Camilla Be Spending More Solo Time At Her Wiltshire Vacation Home?
Queen Camilla's Wiltshire home, which she bought before she married King Charles, has long been her sanctuary – and King Charles faced backlash earlier this year after he reportedly shelled out over $3M to buy the house next door! But it wasn't so that they could spend more time together, it was reportedly so that she could have undisturbed time there without intrusion from unknown people.
"The new arrangement is a pragmatic solution, being both a sound financial investment and a way of maintaining Her Majesty's privacy, protection and continued enjoyment of her much-loved home, without any public funds being used," a royal insider shared earlier this year, according to The Mirror.
They added: "I know how grateful and relieved she is, not least given all the additional stresses and anxieties of the past year."
