All eyes were on Kristen Stewart at the 37th Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California on Sunday, March 6th, as she was an honorary chair of the awards ceremony. Having such an important role naturally meant that she had to have an ensemble that popped, and she didn’t disappoint, as she turned heads in a chic and attention-grabbing Chanel number that we couldn’t take our eyes off! The first-time Oscar-nominee and her stylists definitely understood the assignment!
The 31-year-old Spencer star‘s all-Chanel ensemble consisted of a long-sleeved, sparkly white longline top, with waist defining black detailing that tied up into an adorable bow at the back, and matching sequin pants, which also featured the same black detailing on the side of her legs. The black panels certainly made for strategic figure-flattering additions in the way only Chanel knows how!

The Happiest Season actress accessorized her glittering Chanel number with some simple black heels, which naturally complemented the black detailing in the outfit, as well as some dark nail polish, while her hair was worn in a contemporary side swept style with some serious volume at the top. Makeup wise, the Charlie’s Angels actress looked radiant thanks to her soft smoky eyes and delicate nude lips; she didn’t put a single foot wrong!
Things were a little different at last night’s ceremony for obvious reasons, and Stewart was among the many A-listers who voiced her support for the people of Ukraine. “Today we are compelled to stand with the people of Ukraine. They are risking their lives to fight for those very things,” Stewart’s heartbreaking message began, which she made while standing in front of a blue and yellow screen, in reference to the colors in the Ukraine flag. “We stand for the hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing this war, both Ukrainians and those of other nationalities being denied safe harbor.”
