Jenner’s gown was designed by Casey Cadwallader and featured skimpy, lacy straps, a décolletage-baring neckline, waist emphasis and an epic high slit that revealed her long, toned legs.

Underneath her frock, the style icon wore sheer tights that had a black line detail in the center, and stepped out in matching peep-toe heels. Eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that Jenner’s ensemble was inspired by a similar haute couture look from the French luxury fashion house’s Spring 1999 collection.

In an Instagram post for her 376 million followers, Jenner showed that her dress was also meant to be part of a matching moment with her 4-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster. As seen in a sweet photo Jenner shared, the toddler wore a piece that had similar colors to her mother’s but had a different, ballgown shape (whereas Jenner’s was more fitted).
Jenner and Webster posed in front of a glamorous Christmas tree and the Kardashians star captioned her upload, “hope everyone had a beautiful blessed Christmas” while garnering millions of likes and thousands of comments from fans.
