During the recent finale episode of The Kardashians, Kylie Jenner confessed to having breast implants done at the tender age of 19. After years of fan speculation and persistent denials, she finally came clean about the breast augmentation surgery and expressed her regret.

This week, fans on Instagram began revisiting her past comments on boob jobs, and how she frequently denied any surgical alterations while simultaneously proclaiming that any changes to her chest were all natural.

This all began under the comment section of a new post from @celebface (where fans often compare photos of celebrities that might have gone under the knife) that compared an older shot of Jenner with a more recent one.

Kylie Jenner Faces Criticism From Fans On Instagram After Frequently Denying Plastic Surgery Over The Years

In the July 27th episode of the Kardashian family's reality series, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul reflected on breast augmentation and shared how motherhood made her look at her past choices in a different light. Jenner revealed that she "got my breasts done" when she was 19, just before giving birth to her first child, daughter Stormi Webster.

She told her friend Anastasia Karanikolaou: "I just wish I never got them done to begin with. (I) would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children." Jenner added: "I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19."

The Kylie Skin founder, 26, went on: "I want to be the best mom and best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently, ‘cause I wouldn’t touch anything."

Popular IG account @celebface compiled a collection of instances in which Jenner vehemently denied undergoing breast augmentation. One such instance was on X (formerly Twitter), where she attributed the appearance of larger breasts to her menstrual cycle. In light of recent revelations, fans have expressed their opinions on the matter.

"Here's my take on this. She has a right to privacy like anyone else. She doesn't need to disclose her surgical history. HOWEVER... when you start using your surgical results to sell product, image, etc, AND outright lie about how you got those results, it's fraud and a problem," one fan commented.

They went on: "how many young girls believed it was a natural transformation they too could expect as they matured, used a special green tea, a special lipstick or whatever other product she was promoting using her image. And now nobody is holding her accountable, nobody is thinking of 'cancelling' her for lying."

Another replied: "im glad she's opening up but they way she frames it, is weird cause she says she regrets getting work done and loved her body before... which clearly doesn't make sense. she can get rid of the implants but she won't. mind u she has made billions of dollars with it."

Someone else chimed in, writing: "I hate when they lie to us like we're stupid and our eyes don't work. But gosh, it must be so hard growing up in *that* family, with the whole country looking and judging, especially when you're a teenager."

Earlier in the most recent Kardashians season, Jenner and her older sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian discussed how societal beauty standards have shaped their own perspectives on body image.

"I just feel like we have a huge influence," Kylie said in an earlier episode, acknowledging that she got fillers several years back. "What are we doing with our power? I just see so many young girls on the internet now fully editing (photos of themselves). I went through that stage too, and I feel like I'm in a better place, but other people can instill insecurities in you."
