Kylie Jenner Has A Super-Impressive Property Portfolio
In addition to the aforementioned Palm Springs mansion, the mom-of-two reportedly has multiple properties in Hidden Hills, as well as a mansion in Beverly Hills.
The Khy founder's main residence is reportedly a $36.5M mega-mansion located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 15,000-square-foot estate boasts seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a private theater, multiple bars, an outdoor projection screen, a spa, and an enormous swimming pool, making it one of the most lavish homes in her impressive portfolio.
Several TikTok videos showcasing the construction of Kylie's Palm Springs home, as well as neighboring homes owned by her mom, Kris Jenner, and older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, received a lot of backlash from fans due to the seemingly unnecessary greed and extravagance.
Kourtney reportedly purchased her $12M Palm Springs mansion in 2021, which features a gourmet chef's kitchen, a butler's pantry, a bar and wine room, a large infinity-edge pool, a spa, and access to a private 15-tee Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
And for what it's worth, Kylie's older sister Khloé Kardashian also reportedly owns a $17M property in Palm Springs next to their mom's house. The Kardashian/Jenners really are taking over Palm Springs!
Internet Reactions
"I'm just trying to figure out why someone needs so much house," slammed one fan on TikTok, as many others referenced how the mom and daughters have such enormous houses in such close proximity to each other.
"God forbid they share a vacation house they will visit a few times a year," commented a second sarcastically, as a third said: "In what shape and form are all these rich people better to live like this when some struggle to live day by day. It's mad." "Makes me sick to my stomach," criticized a fourth disgruntled fan, as a fifth commented: "Me watching this at the park homeless."
Others called out the perceived waste of resources and excess, with someone writing: "The utter greed and WASTE of resources to need SO much. Two pools? If I lived next to my mom and she had a pool I wouldn't need a pool, these huge houses and they can't just live together? It's weird." Someone else called the homes "unnecessary," as another asked: "Why do they need two of the literal exact same thing?" The same TikTok user added: "It's so ridiculous."
