Lauren Sánchez Has Faced Years Of Plastic Surgery Allegations
The 55-year-old isn't a stranger to fame, as she kicked off her career as a news anchor and entertainment reporter. She began appearing on television and walking the red carpet for events in the late 1990s, eventually becoming a well-known figure on news networks and other shows, such as So You Think You Can Dance? and Good Day LA.
She decided to obtain her pilot's license at the age of 40 and founded an aerial film and production company. Later, the pilot wrote a best-selling children's book about a fly that ends up hitching a ride to space in a rocket, which is a humorous coincidence, as she had recently flown to space via a Blue Origin mission, her fiancé's company.
Because she's been in the media for over 20 years, there are lots of photos of younger Lauren, and internet users have been noticing that certain features of her face look quite different than they do now, leading many to believe that she's undergone plastic surgery procedures or other kinds of beauty treatments over the years.
Fans Think Lauren Was 'Much Prettier' Before Getting Alleged Cosmetic Treatments
Although the reporter has never acknowledged her appearance or admitted to getting plastic surgery, many media outlets, content creators, and internet users are fairly certain she's been through at least one or two different kinds of cosmetic procedures.
Outlets have posted several different before-and-after photos of Lauren, including Life & Style Weekly, which recently shared a side-by-side photo of her on Instagram to promote their piece on the way her face has changed over the years. In the pictures, her lips are noticeably larger than they were before, and parts of her face appear as though they are being pulled back.
Followers of the publication quickly took to the comments section to point out the differences in her appearance and share their thoughts on whether they think she's had work done.
"She was so much prettier before," commented an Instagram user.
A follower commented they believed Lauren had undergone "major" plastic surgery, and "destroyed her face."
"It's definitely plastic surgery," added another user. "She needs to stop with the fillers!" wrote another follower.
"How sad," wrote an additional user. "She used to be so pretty."
While it's normal for women Lauren's age to look significantly different than they did 20 years ago, many people on the internet are convinced that she's attempting to age in reverse, but whatever she's having done isn't quite doing the trick.
