Lindsay Lohan Rocks A Skintight Workout Set In Beverly Hills
The mom-of-one, 38, was snapped in a skintight workout set that showed off her trim and toned figure while leaving the gym and heading to XIV Karats for some post-gym retail therapy earlier this month. Rewarding yourself with some dazzling jewelry after breaking a sweat? Sounds like self-care to us!
The Parent Trap alum's figure-hugging khaki workout set consisted of high-waisted leggings and a matching fitted T-shirt in the same on-trend color. (We've found a very similar one from Lululemon, pictured above, if you want to steal her style!) The Elle UK cover star finished off the look with black sneakers, oversized black sunglasses, and a luxurious black Hermès Birkin bag with silver hardware. Her signature strawberry blonde hair was styled in a center-parted down 'do with subtle waves.
Although the Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen actress hasn't spilled her alleged cosmetic surgery secrets yet (we're always hopeful that day will come soon!) she has been open about making wellness a priority in her life; and it's showing! In a recent interview with Bustle, she shared her go-to fitness routine and said: "I love Pilates, and I mix it with a little CrossFit… But I love Pilates because it's gentle but effective, and I prefer that." She also praised "strength training," and said it "is important, because especially with age, you need to build strength more than anything."
