Eggs can be a delicious and healthy start to your morning. They contain a large amount of protein and are low-calorie, making for the perfect weight loss breakfast.

 

Understandably, however, not everyone has time in the morning to cook a big breakfast of eggs--so one simple hack to making your breakfast more low-cal is to cook your eggs ahead of time and make some Egg Cups.

Once you make a batch of Egg Cups, you can keep them in the fridge for days when you do not have time to cook a breakfast from scratch. They're also super easy to make and customizable, meaning you can get on board with this breakfast no matter what your tastes are.
