Low-Carb Chicken Parm Recipe

Ingredients: The recipe calls for broccoli instead of pasta, grilled chicken in place of breaded chicken, low-sugar marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella.

She begins by swapping pasta for broccoli and using grilled chicken instead of breaded. Both go into an oven-safe dish, followed by a low-sugar marinara sauce. She tops it with shredded mozzarella and bakes at 375°F for 15 minutes. Add some parmesan cheese on top and you’re done!
