Fans React To Megan Fox's Appearance During A Recent Dinner Outing

While the family dinner itself was sweet and low-key, much of the internet’s attention shifted to Megan’s appearance. Comment sections on Instagram quickly filled with speculation rather than focusing on the couple’s night out.
“Why does Megan look like a Kardashian?” said one fan. A second wrote, “Why did she get a BBL? Her body was perfect before.” Another added, “That looks like Kim Kardashian, not Megan Fox.” One user commented, “Sheesh, the BBL is really making a comeback,” while another said, “Definitely got a BBL after baby lol.” Others piled on with remarks like, “She finally got the BBL she's been wanting?”

The Transformers star welcomed her baby on March 27, 2025, with the news shared by MGK on Instagram, marking her fourth child and her first with the rapper. She is also mom to three sons—Noah, Bodhi, and Journey—whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
In October 2025, Megan candidly spoke about some postpartum challenges during a Jennifer’s Body Q&A event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. “I want to say I just had a baby, and I have a lot of brain fog.”
The 39-year-old went on to explain that she hadn’t “slept in seven months,” adding, “So if I repeat myself, I'm sorry. Just interrupt me and tell me I'm off track.”
MGK has also been open about praising Megan as a parent. “Megan is a great mom,” he gushed on Today in June. “She’s killing it. I’m so excited.” He also joked about their daughter’s changing looks during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in September, saying, “We go back and forth on who [Saga] looks like. Last month, she looked exactly like me, and now she looks exactly like her.”
