Meghan Markle is seemingly unaffected by any backlash or negative comments on social media her family has received over the last few years after she revealed that she and Prince Harry are in a really good place.

The Duchess of Sussex recently revealed at the TIME100 Summit that she is the “happiest she’s ever been” thanks to Prince Harry being a supportive husband and her positive relationships with her children, Archie and Lilibet. The news of her optimistic outlook doesn’t come long after she’s been scrutinized in the press for her Netflix series and alleged drama with other members of the royal family. Read more about her positive statement below.

Meghan Markle Says She's The 'Happiest She's Ever Been' At The TIME100 Summit

On Wednesday, April 23rd, the mom of two made an appearance at TIME Magazine's TIME100 Summit in New York City. The Summit is an event that invites global leaders and innovators to participate in and listen to important, meaningful conversations about pressing issues and ways to improve the world.

Meghan sat down for an interview with TIME's CEO Jessica Sibley, and the two influential figures spoke about philanthropy, her life since stepping away from her royal duties and moving to the United States with her husband and kids, and more. At one point during the interview, Jessica turned to the Canadian native and asked her to make a "confession," given her new podcast is titled Confessions Of A Female Founder.

"I think the confession for you today, that I could very comfortably say, is I'm the happiest I've ever been," she said.

"Of all the things that have happened in my life, I never would have imagined that getting here. At this point, I feel just so happy and grateful. I really do."

Meghan's "confession" was very interesting for fans and internet users to hear, considering for years, and particularly over the last few months, she's been scrutinized by many members of the public. One of her most recent controversial incidents involved her Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, where viewers felt her supposedly 'candid' on-camera appearances were "inauthentic."

Despite it all, she is seemingly doing a good job and not letting it get to her, and her family has been a big help.

Meghan Says That Prince Harry Is 'So Supportive' To Her and Their Family

As headlines about the formerly working royals worsened, many fans and others assumed their marriage must be on the rocks. But, according to Meghan, they're actually rock solid.

During her conversation with the TIME CEO, the 43-year-old said that one of the reasons she's so happy these days is because of her family, particularly her husband, who she said has been "so supportive."

Things have also reportedly been going well in the upbringing of their two young children, Archie, who is five, and Lilibet, who is three. At the Summit, she mentioned that Archie was about to lose his first tooth and expressed she hoped she would be "back in time" to watch it come out, as to her, those little moments are "all that matters."

Meghan also defended herself against some of the negative reviews she's received about her Netflix series, which often involves her cooking some of her favorite recipes in a kitchen. Some viewers were confused and upset that the As Ever founder didn't film from her home kitchen, to which she responded, "80 people in the kitchen isn't really the childhood memory I would love for them to have," at the Summit.

We'll be curious to see what else the Duchess Of Sussex has to say about the state of her happy family whenever she chooses to give another insightful interview. Still, for now, it's safe to assume all is well between her, the prince, and their kids.
