Prince Harry was in the U.K. this week for a string of solo appearances; but at the time of writing, it’s believed that he did not visit his older brother Prince William. And that’s because the royal family feud is very much still ongoing.

However, if we are to believe reports that have been doing the rounds over the past few months, Prince Harry is becoming even more willing to make amends with his father, King Charles, and brother. And Meghan Markle is reportedly willing to make amends too, although she has a few “non-negotiable,” to quote Marca, demands before that happens! Keep reading to find out more…

What Are Meghan Markle's Terms Before A Potential Reconciliation Happens?

While some reports suggest that Prince William is the one standing in the way of the brothers reconciling because he reportedly wants to protect his family following wife Kate Middleton's battle with cancer, other reports are suggesting that the former Suits actress is the one standing in the way.

According to royal expert Tom Quinn, Meghan has laid down some non-negotiable terms before any potential reconciliation can happen. And we don't know how likely it is that her demands will be met…

"Harry would like a reconciliation, but supports his wife completely, and until she feels that the royal family have been sufficiently nice to her – and grovelingly apologized for the past – it's not going to happen," Quinn told The Mirror.

Quinn also discussed the controversial couple's hopes for an apology back in March this year, and told The Mirror how Prince Harry hopes to make amends for the sake of the children: his own children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, and Prince William's children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

"He wants to reconcile with his brother so that the children can have some kind of a relationship," Quinn told The Mirror at the time, adding: "But he and Meghan still think that a groveling apology needs to come from William and Kate first."

Do we think the Prince and Princess of Wales being nice to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and groveling to them will happen? It's very unlikely…

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle's Previous Demands For An Apology

The Sussexes have been waiting a very long time for an apology, and the more time that passes, the more unlikely it seems that they will get one.

Back in December 2022, it was reported that they wanted an apology from senior members of the royal family for the way they were allegedly treated before stepping down as senior royals. A source told the Sunday Times at the time that they wanted to "sit down with the royal family" and discuss everything they have been through, in particular, the many ways in which they have been "wronged."

At the time, they wanted to reconcile ahead of King Charles' coronation, which took place in May 2023, but as we now know, that most definitely didn't happen!
