Social Media Says Meghan Trainor Looks 'Unrecognizable' After Taking Mounjaro
The "All About That Bass" singer has been in the media a lot over the last two years, as it became more and more noticeable that she's lost a lot of weight. After having her second son, she began slimming down at a fairly quick pace, and although people started speculating that she was taking something or had some kind of procedure, she continued insisting that she cleaned up her diet and hired a great trainer to lose her excess baby weight and get into better shape for her kids.
But as she continued posting on social media, with her body continuing to evolve, people began leaving comments that she looked "unrecognizable," and that it looked like she was starting to get too "skinny." It got to the point where people were more concerned about her weight loss, especially considering her breakout song is known as a body positivity anthem, than they were about her music career.
Finally, after Billboard's 2025 Women in Music Awards, she addressed the rumors on Instagram, writing that in addition to exercising and eating well, after consulting her doctor, she began taking Mounjaro to lose weight.
"Yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy," she wrote. "And I'm so glad I did because I feel great."

After she shared her and her husband, Daryl's, experiences with Mounjaro, people on social media were still judgmental towards Meghan, with some slamming her for not telling the truth sooner, and others commenting that she was still getting too small, and that they didn't like how she looks now.
Very active on TikTok, the mom-of-two has been posting a lot of fun videos, but one did not receive a lot of positive feedback, with users writing that she was "all treble no bass" and that they "don't even recognize her anymore" after she completed a viral Nicki Minaj challenge.
Not long after her first video went up and was flooded with critical comments, the Smurfs voice actress posted a follow-up video, where she lip-synced lyrics to the famous Megan Thee Stallion song, "Her." The big she lip-synced had lyrics like, "I don't care if these [people] don't like me, 'cause like, I'm pretty."
It was a moment that some have been waiting for, where she addressed all the hate and harsh comments she's been receiving post-weight loss. While some fans cheered her on, others continued to be bothered by the situation.
