On January 3rd, the "End Of The World" singer was one of the several stars who attended the Palm Springs International Film Awards, where she was honored with the Outstanding Artistic Achievement Award for her new viral song, "Dream As One," which is featured in the new Avatar: Fire and Ash film.
For the prestigious award ceremony, Miley stepped out in a sleek, plunging black pantsuit that was perfectly tailored to fit her fit frame. Underneath her black blazer, she had on a polka dot blouse with a super deep neckline. She paired the blazer with some pointed black high heels and a simple pair of chic black sunglasses.
Her all-black ensemble turned a lot of heads, but so did her hairstyle, which was reminiscent of her Hannah Montana days. Her long, lighter blonde locks were worn loosely, tousled and curled, and she had bangs which were worn in a middle part.
