The 41-year-old mother of four previously worked as a conservative commentator, served in a communications role at Trump Media & Technology Group, and briefly worked at the Department of Homeland Security under Kristi Noem. Her first press briefing on October 13th drew online backlash, putting her under the spotlight almost immediately after taking the job.
Shortly after her debut, Katie joined the Apprentice star and his famous aide, Natalie Harp, on a trip to Alaska, where the president attended a rally in support of Senator Dan Sullivan.
