As the source dished to the publication: "Natalie isn’t surprised that Benjamin has moved on because of how their relationship ended. She thought he’d move on pretty quickly."
The American actress and French dancer finalized their divorce in March, and seven months later, he was seen locking lips with someone new in Paris. Portman and Millepied share one son Aleph, 13, and one daughter Amalia, 7.
In August 2023, whispers began circulating about a quiet separation between the Oscar winner and New York City Ballet alum after an 11-year marriage. The news of their split surfaced two months following widespread reports of Millepied's affair with 26-year-old climate activist Camille Étienne.
The insider went on: "[Natalie] hopes Benjamin is happy." They also shared that Portman was informed about the images of Millepied kissing the mystery woman just before they were released to the public last month. A different source shared with the outlet that Portman remains unaffected by Millepied's romantic choices.
"Benjamin’s dating life doesn’t really have any bearing on Natalie," the second tipster said. They added: "She’s super happy in her life right now and has been prioritizing family and friends." Besides nurturing her friendships, Portman is reportedly giving top priority to her and Millepied’s two children. The first insider shared with Us Weekly that the ex-couple is "getting into the swing of" co-parenting. "Everything is moving smoothly so far," they revealed.
An insider previously revealed to the mag back in June that Portman struggled to "get her smile back after the divorce." However, the Thor: Love and Thunder actress "turned a corner" once the separation was finalized. "Natalie is her confident self [again]," they shared five months ago, stressing that Portman had a "lighter step" and "more joy" in her eyes.

Portman captioned her June 9th Instagram post: "This year, on my birthday, I want to celebrate my gratitude for my friends who lift me up again and again."
