The April 16th post shows the swimsuit model flipping back her hair as she kneels in a bright blue string bikini and shows off her toned legs. “Keep your squats low and your standards high,” she captioned her sexy snap. LOL!

The Agdal Method--as Nina's training program is called--is all about "happiness in movement, fulfillment in nourishment, practicing mindfulness and self-love." In the caption of her post, Nina lets her followers know that she's been "focusing on myself to feel stronger and ready for the summer." Anyone who wants to work out with her can do so via her app.
