Just a few days ago Olivia Culpo jet-setted off to Australia for a dream-come-true opportunity: to shoot with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit.
The 26-year-old model and 2012 Miss Universe beauty queen has had shooting for SI on her bucket list since she was a little girl, according to her Instagram caption that read, “What a dream come true!!!!! I have been dreaming about this moment for my entire life.”
Culpo teased the new modeling gig with a post to her Instagram followers that claimed they would never guess where she was going. Less than 24 hours later she shared a funny video of her climbing through clothing racks filled with swimsuits to announce the opportunity.
“Okay, I made it. I don’t know what day it is and I don’t know what time it is but I’m here in Australia for Sports Illustrated,” Culpo explained excitedly in the short video.
To make her SI modeling debut she wore a tiny ruffle string bikini in a light beige color. Over the next few days Culpo went on to share more of her swimsuit looks with her 3.4 million fans.
