It’s like she went to her stylist, “Sexy–but make it fashion,” and this is what she came back with. Wearing it with nothing underneath is genius; it has the formality and feminity of a black tie gown, but with the fashion-forwardness of menswear-inspired suit. And the bell sleeves are inspired! This would make an amazing outfit idea for a bride or for a formal event.
