To complete her athleisure look, the Booksmart filmmaker added a blue baseball cap and Ray-Ban shades. The House alum also recently made headlines after accusing her ex Jason Sudeikis and father of her children of “not currently paying any child support.”

She smiled while being photographed amid her ongoing custody battle over her two kids with Sudeikis. Wilde and the Ted Lasso star, 47, share one 8-year-old son Otis and 6-year-old daughter Daisy.

A recent filing for the Tron: Legacy actress' legal team calls for a judgement on child support, as per documents obtained by The Blast. Wilde alleges that she is incurring most of the expenses for the former couple's kids. She claims that Sudeikis is "not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter."

Olivia Wilde Claims Jason Sudeikis Isn't Paying Child Support
Wilde added, "While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children's care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs."
A source close to the Saturday Night Live alum reportedly dished to People Magazine that this filing "doesn't accurately capture the state of affairs" between the co-parents. "Olivia and Jason shared costs equally and fairly throughout their relationship including everything related to the children," the source noted.
"Jason took it upon himself to initiate the proceedings in the first place to ensure that the kids would be properly cared for by both parents based on the court deciding what is fair financially going forward," they allegedly added. Wilde also claims that she is looking for an "order regarding child support so that I can adequately provide for our children commensurate with Jason's standard of living." Wilde and Sudeikis were in a relationship from 2011 to 2020.
