We have all learned the importance of health and safety over the past few months. The top priority for a balanced and healthy lifestyle is maintaining excellent hygiene habits, and most of us already know the main steps to doing this. But a lot of people are making the same, major hygiene mistake and it is very different from what you expect. This mistake is all about how you use your smart phone.
Everyone is taking steps to a clean and germ-free lifestyle through wearing a mask, frequent hand-washing and using hand sanitizer whenever necessary. But you are overlooking a major source of germs if you are forgetting to clean your phone regularly.

Our phones are basically a breeding ground for bacteria and germs. We use our phones constantly and bring them everywhere. Even if you are washing your hands regularly, your phone can still be covered with germs without you ever realizing it.

Some experts would even estimate that a phone screen is seven times more dirty than a toilet. According to a 2009 study, "mobile phones have become veritable reservoirs of pathogens as they touch faces, ears, lips and hands of different users of different health conditions."

The only way to keep yourself, your phone and your family as safe from germs as possible is to clean and disinfect your phone regularly. Use alcohol-based disinfectant cleaners for the best results, and try to clean your phone daily or every other day.
