At the end of March, Oprah began posting about one of her latest podcast guests, Belle Burden, who wrote the memoir, Strangers. The story, which the talk show host wrote, "captured the attention of women everywhere," follows Belle's socialite marriage that began as seemingly perfect, but abruptly ended after 20 years, after receiving "a phone call that shatters everything."
On Instagram, Oprah took to her accounts to post videos about why she loves the book and clips of her chatting with Belle. She was wearing a gray, chic yet cozy-looking sweater set with long sleeves and gold buttons. Her hair was straightened and tied into a side ponytail, and she had on a pair of oversized glasses with circular frames.

However, she also admitted to using a GLP-1 medication to not only shed some excess pounds, but also control her appetite and "food noise," calling it a "gift" in various interviews.
