Though she didn’t say which members of the family made the comments, Omid Scobie did, in the Dutch version of his book, Endgame. Harry & Meghan Snubbed From Friends' Wedding
Hugh Grosvenor, a long-time friend of the royal family is the Duke of Westminster, and is marrying Olivia Henson next year. Though he sent out invitations to King Charles and Queen Camilla and Prince William and Kate Middleton, Harry and Meghan did not make the cut. Apparently, he wanted to avoid a family clash at the wedding and risk "anything overshadowing the day."
A friend of Harry has responded to the situation, saying, "It's incredibly sad it has come to this. Hugh is one of very few close friends of William and Harry's who has maintained strong bonds and a line of communication with both." Well, it looks like that bond has been broken, and Hugh has chosen a side.
"He wishes they could put their heads together and patch things up," the source continues, speaking of Prince Harry, "but realizes it's unlikely to happen before the wedding. He wanted to avoid anything overshadowing the day, especially for Olivia, and he doesn't want any awkwardness."

Harry and Meghan have remained suspiciously silent after Omid Scobie's release of Endgame—wouldn't it be so simple for them to confirm or deny Scobie's claims, defending their family members just as they've called for the same defense in the past?
