Prince William Is Reportedly Upset With Meghan Markle For Wearing A 'Northwestern' Sweatshirt Similar To His Mom's
According to reports, Prince William was very upset that the With Love, Meghan star recently posed in a purple 'Northwestern' sweatshirt, which is strikingly similar to the one the late Princess Diana famously wore with white biker shorts back in 1996.
An insider told RadarOnline that the father-of-three sees it as a very "calculated" move, over anything else. "He's always been incredibly protective of his mother's legacy, and he sees Meghan's repeated nods to Diana's style as more than just fashion choices—they feel calculated," the insider explained.
"Meghan and Harry have ruffled plenty of feathers in the royal family, but this latest stunt? It really struck a nerve," they continued, adding: "On the surface, wearing a college sweatshirt doesn't seem like a big deal, but to William, it's another calculated move."

And Prince William isn't the only one who had something bad to say about the As Ever founder wearing the sweatshirt, as social media was predictably flooded with negative remarks…
"We all know she is only doing it for attention. She wants to be another Diana, and she will NEVER be," slammed one person on social media. "She's such a poser; she's so irrelevant in life," wrote a second, as a third noted: "Di was one of a kind—cannot compete with someone who died tragically young, so don't even try."
"I don't care that she went to Northwestern. She did it for attention. So desperate," criticized a fourth social media user, as a fifth called her "cringey" and a sixth called her "pathetic." "She is a very sick individual," added a seventh.
