Reese Witherspoon is clearly already in the holiday spirit – at least if her outfit on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday, December 17th was anything to go by. The 45-year-old Big Little Lies actress pulled out all the stops for her appearance on the show, wearing a super-sparkly black long-sleeved Fendi dress from the brand’s latest collection that we definitely want to borrow!
The New York chill didn’t seem to faze the Legally Blonde actress, as her Fendi dress featured one of the shortest hemlines we’ve even seen in chat show history. It might even rival the barely-there length of Taylor Swift’s LBD, which she wore on Late Night with Seth Meyers last month when promoting her latest album, “Red (Taylor’s Version).”

We totally get why the Sing 2 star wanted to wear the dress, despite it being the middle of winter, as it showed off her killer legs perfectly. Sometimes we forget that she’s only a very petite 5’1″, as it often looks like she has legs for days! And that’s definitely the case with this ensemble! She accessorized her mesmerizing dress with black strappy heels, minimal make-up, and wore her hair in loose beach waves. I.e., THE royal-approved hairstyle of the moment!
And speaking of Sing 2, Reese was on the show to promote her new movie, which also stars the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Matthew McConaughey, Tori Kelly, Taron Egerton, and also Halsey and Bono, who have joined the cast for the second movie. Sing 2 is out on December 22nd, and we can’t wait!
