Kate Middleton Spotted With William After Health Scare
Kate Middleton hasn’t been officially seen since Christmas, and after Kensington Palace announced she was having a “planned abdominal surgery” in mid-January, fans have been asking the same question: Where’s Kate Middleton, and is she okay?
Some fans are saying it’s a health issue, others are saying William is cheating on her, and she’s hiding from the public eye. The Palace has yet to say anything about the situation, though they originally stated that Kate would be in recovery until Easter, so many fans are waiting with baited breath until the holiday comes, hoping all of the burning questions will be answered.
However, according to a viral video from TMZ, Kate is doing fine, seemingly taking trips to the local farm with William. In the clip, Kate and William are seen smiling and walking together, bags in hand. Yet it’s undeniable that the mother-of-three looks especially skinny in the video, while others say it doesn’t even look like her at all. Other fans think the video is old, citing what appears to be Christmas wreaths decorating the buildings.

@TMZ_TV posted the clip of Kate and William to their Instagram, and its garnered over 1,000 comments from disbelieving fans. "It's giving a stunt courtesy of The Palace...try again!" one user wrote.
"That's literally not her," another royal fan said. "WHERE is KATE? I'm really hoping she's ok!"
"If it's them where is the security that's always around them?" another asked.
"Yeah ok!! So nobody has seen her in months and boom she appears after photo gate and nobody recognizes them???" another said. "No security no nothing just them two shopping all of a sudden???? Oh okay."
"Nope, this is not recent. What's with the Christmas deco?" another asked.
"That's the stunt double," one fan said.
"It's a clone or something," another added.
"They basically said let's get two random people who vaguely resemble William and Kate and tell them its Will and Kate and they will believe us," a final fan said. "They not even trying at this point!"
