Many people think that eating well and staying healthy means you can’t have the foods you like, but this is not true at all. Food is meant to be enjoyed, so you should eat the one you like. The key to maintaining a healthy diet is to keep it balanced. Eat the foods you enjoy but make sure not to go overboard on sugars, carbs and unhealthy additives.

But you should still be mindful of everything you put into your body, because there are some harmless-seeming foods that are really unhealthy foods in disguise.
