But it always ends up coming back around to make the next stage of who we are. Something that’s more potent, something that’s more real.”
Anderson concurred, and told Cyrus: “Sometimes you need to go do a little research and come back to your path.” She then said that she once told a director that she wanted to “let everything go” regarding her past. “I don’t want to think about it anymore, but then [the director] goes, ‘No, bring it with you, baby.'”
