Selena Gomez Announces Rare Beauty's First Fragrance In A Stylish Pleated Dress
If there's one thing Selena's gonna do, it's rock an all-black outfit. So when it was time to promote Rare Beauty's new perfume on Instagram officially, she had to include pictures of herself rocking a black dress that made her look extra fancy and stylish.
Her new fragrance, Rare Eau de Parfum, is one of her latest ventures in the beauty and makeup world, and the first perfume being released by her successful makeup brand. To promote it, Selena posed for an extensive photoshoot and on Instagram shared some behind-the-scenes moments.
"We are on set to do a shoot for our fragrance!" says an excited Selena in her Instagram video. "It's so pretty, it smells so yummy, and I cannot wait for you guys to try it."
As part of her shoot, the "Lose You To Love Me" vocalist wore a short, long-sleeve pleated black dress that almost looked like a tiny black trench coat. It included a tie that wrapped and cinched around her waist and had some nice volume in the pleated skirt. For the look, she wore her long, black hair up in an elegant updo and can be seen twirling around in the official promotional video for the fragrance.

The Only Murders In The Building actress's fanbase and followers not only thought she looked great in her fun and flirty advertisements for her new perfume, but they're also super excited for this new chapter for her company, and are eager to get their hands on the spray when it officially comes out on August 7th.
"Rare Eau de Parfum is warm and decadent with a touch of spice, with notes of creamy caramel and pistachio, [giving] way to an unexpected duality of rich vanilla and spicy ginger, then dries down to an earthy sandalwood," Selena wrote in her Instagram caption.
Fans flooded her comments section with words of support, and the internet began buzzing about the new project and scent.
"So excited for this launch!" wrote a follower, with another adding they were "super excited" to "try out" the perfume.

The Rare Beauty account commented on the 32-year-old's post, writing, "The scent we've all been waiting for. So proud of you, Sel."
